Mini Bio
Oscar Pan is an award-winning composer for the screen and concert stage. Being a travel enthusiast and arts fanatic, he is always drawn to cross-cultural collaborations and new sounds that speak to our living world.
Oscar studied music composition with a specialization in screen scoring at New York University (BM 2021). In 2019, he had the opportunity to study composition in Paris with one of Messiaen's students Michel Merlet at L'École Normale de Musique de Paris and learned avant-garde electroacoustic music at IRCAM. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago with an MFA in Music Composition for the Screen in May 2023.
